2. UNICOM's Approach to In-House/On-Site Training

We provide pre-course consultation to our clients. We undertake a training requirement analysis to assist them in designing and developing their training programme.

All our training courses are designed to provide our clients with practical and professional skills, which can be applied immediately to their jobs. Teaching methods consist of case studies, real life examples role-plays, and exercises.

After the provision of the course the tutors are available to assist the delegates overcome their everyday problems based on the training they received.

5. Flexible Venue Option

You can choose to hold the course in the comfort of your own office. Or, should you wish your staff to be away from distractions of the office, we can hold your course in a central city hotel within the UK or any place in Europe. Alternatively we can provide total immersion for your staff, and hold your on-site course residentially at the UNICOM Training Centre in Uxbridge, providing executive accommodation. We will provide you with an on-site course assistant.

6. Matching Your Requirement

Once we are asked to provide an on-site training course we engage our clients in a detailed assessment of "training requirement analysis" and in an interactive feedback phase. We consider the specific requirements and in partnership with our trainers we provide the training material/documentation, which is specially customised to address the client's needs.

A typical example of the level of customisation of the courses offered is the development of a 100% bespoke course for Lloyds TSB entitled "Testing in a .Net Environment". This is some feedback from the participants in this course:
